Changelog
What changed in OmniPosts that you can see or use, newest first. Each entry links to the page that documents it.
A changelog feed and a proper 404
The changelog now has an Atom feed you can follow in any feed reader. A mistyped address shows a page with the way back instead of a bare error, and pages are compressed and only re-sent when they change, so repeat visits download less.
Jamp is now OmniPosts
New name, new home: omniposts.dev, with a new mark. Your account, channels, posts and API keys are unchanged: new keys start with omniposts_, and keys that start with jamp_ keep working. Addresses now end in @omniposts.dev. Bluesky connections made with OAuth ask you to reconnect once; app-password connections keep working.
A field of channel names on the home page
The home page opens on a quiet field of channel names. Point at it and nearby names gather into one; click and one post reaches all of them. It stays still if your device asks for reduced motion, and it has a Pause button.
Every channel in one table
The home page and Channels list every channel with one status: Available, or Coming soon. The app shows the same two words, and a channel that is coming soon opens here as soon as it is ready. Channels.
Workspaces and members
Invite people into a workspace with a link, give each one a role, and switch between the workspaces you belong to. Channels, posts, media, API keys and the plan belong to the workspace. Workspaces and members.
A guide for connecting an agent
Step by step: make an API key with only the scopes an agent needs, add OmniPosts to Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client, and follow what the agent posts in your inbox. Connect an agent.
A new look
Warm paper and sand, new type, and calmer screens across the site and the app: a new sign-up and sign-in page, a first-channel step, and an inbox that opens on what needs you.
Threads on Bluesky and Mastodon
A post can continue as a chain of replies to itself. Give the further parts through the API; each is checked like a post before anything is sent, and the parts go out one after another. Threads.
Start a channel connect from an API key
Code or an agent can start connecting a channel and hand a one-time link to a person, who finishes the platform sign-in in their own browser. The key then follows the connect until it completes. Connect a channel.
An MCP server
AI agents can check, send, schedule and follow posts through the Model Context Protocol, with the same answers and refusals as the API. MCP server.
API keys with scopes and an expiry
Limit a key to what one job needs, such as posts:write and media:write, and give it an end date. A request outside its scopes gets 403 naming the missing scope. Scopes.
Check a post before sending it
POST /v1/groups/validate runs the same checks as creating the post, on every channel, and tells you what would happen. It creates nothing and counts against no limit. Check a post.
Media from a link; list and delete media
Upload a file that is already on the web by giving its public https address, list what you have uploaded, and delete what you no longer need. Media.
The composer follows a post until every channel answers
After you send a post, the composer keeps showing each channel’s result until all of them have one, then opens a fresh composer. Posts and results.
Clearer connect boxes
Bluesky and Mastodon ask for a handle the way you would write it, and platforms that are coming soon show a disabled Connect button. Channels.
Mastodon asks for your server
The Mastodon connect form has a server box, already filled with mastodon.social, and accepts a pasted handle such as @alice@mastodon.social. Mastodon.
The real reason when a connect fails
When a platform refuses a connection on its own page, you now see its reason instead of “cancelled”.
Channels checked before posts are due
Before a scheduled post is due, the channel’s access is checked, so a channel that needs reconnecting tells you while there is still time. Reconnect a channel.

Connect Bluesky by approving it on your Bluesky server’s own page, without an app password. App passwords keep working as the alternative. Bluesky.
