Grievance Officer

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it, you can raise any complaint about how we handle your personal data with our Grievance Officer.

How to raise a grievance

  1. Email the address above from the email on your account (or tell us how else to identify you).
  2. Describe the problem and what you would like us to do.
  3. We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and respond in full within 30 days. If we need more time, we tell you why and when you will hear from us.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK may also complain to their local data protection authority.
