Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Moodsboard Technologies Private Limited, Tower Chowk, Saraiyaganj, Block Musahari, Saraiyaganj, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India - 842001, which operates OmniPosts. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
OmniPosts lets you write content once and publish or schedule it to social platforms you connect, and see what happened. We provide it through a web app and an HTTP API.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate account information and keep your password and API keys secret.
- If you use OmniPosts for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
3. Your content and your channels
- You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to run the service for you.
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for what you publish.
- Each platform has its own terms. You must follow them; a platform may limit or remove content or accounts under its own rules.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use OmniPosts to:
- publish anything illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to deceive;
- send spam, coordinate inauthentic behaviour, or evade a platform's limits or bans;
- impersonate anyone or publish other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
5. What we promise, and what we cannot
- We try to publish every post exactly once, on time. If a platform does not confirm a post, we check before doing anything else, and we never resend automatically when a post might already be live.
- Platforms change their rules and APIs, go down, or reject content. We cannot guarantee a platform will accept or keep a post. We tell you honestly what happened and what you can do.
- Some platforms are only available after their approval. We switch them on only when that is in place.
- Engagement numbers come from the platforms. Where a platform does not share a number, we show that it is not available rather than guess.
6. Fees
OmniPosts is currently free in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish prices on the Pricing page and ask for your agreement before charging you. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Ending the agreement
You may stop using OmniPosts and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After your account ends, we delete your data as described on the Data deletion page.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of the platforms you connect, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 5,000 / EUR 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the app before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moodsboard Technologies Private Limited is registered, without depriving you of protections under the law of the country where you live.
