A month is a calendar month in UTC. Posting to several channels at once counts as one post. A post you cancel before it goes out does not count; one that was sent or failed does.

Prices

There are no paid plans yet. When we introduce prices we will publish them, what each plan includes and the billing terms on this page before anyone is asked to pay, and nobody will be moved to a paid plan without choosing it. Our Refund Policy describes how refunds will work.

Questions

Is OmniPosts free?

The Free plan is open now and costs nothing. Nobody is charged during early access, and before any price is introduced we will publish it on this page.

Does each social account count as a channel?

Yes: a channel is one connected account on one platform. Your Bluesky account and your Mastodon account are two channels. Reconnecting an account that is still connected does not use a new one.

Can I switch to Creator or Pro now?

Not yet. Free is open to everyone. Creator and Pro are in beta, so you cannot switch onto them yet: join the waitlist below and we will email you when your place opens.

Does joining the waitlist cost anything or commit me to anything?

No. We ask only for your email address and which plan you want, there is no password and no card, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

What happens if I move to a smaller plan?

Nothing is disconnected and no scheduled post is cancelled. You just cannot connect more channels or create more posts than the smaller plan allows until you are under its limits.

Is the API included in the free plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the API and webhooks. Posts made through the API count toward the same monthly limit.
